With over 13 years of experience in education, De’Aundra has dedicated her career to supporting children and families through compassionate teaching, mentorship, and individualized care. Her professional journey in education has equipped her with a deep understanding of child development, relationship-building, and advocacy. Expanding her commitment to helping children thrive, she currently serves as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), where she provides behavioral support and intervention services designed to empower children and strengthen developmental outcomes.
In addition to her professional work, De’Aundra serves as a Board Member for Creative Education and Fine Arts Academy, a nonprofit organization committed to fostering educational opportunity, creativity, and community enrichment.
